Making a recipe for a good text (assignment 1)

Making a recipe for a good text isn't easy either making it about a good text.

First things you have to do is come up with the subject for the text then a good title for it.

You write stuff so others or you can read and you would understand it properly. The subject that you write should be told well from every aspect of it. Here are some basic tips

1. Use short paragraphs 4-5 sentences max should be good

2. Avoid needless repetition

3. Skip unnecessary words.

4. Address your web visitors directly

5. Try avoiding the passive tense

6. Use short sentences 10 - 12 on average will make it

If you use all of those tips I gave then that should make your text pretty good.

Before you write the first word, think about what you want to communicate about, what is the main idea, your point of view, the message you want to convey, your intention. If you are unable to grasp it, ask yourself: what do you want your reader to remember?
You need to know the basic structure before starting to write. Think that your text is a route and you have to guide your readers until the end of the road. According to your intention, this structure might be chronological or disorganized, but always keep in mind that every element that you include leads towards an end.
